WIP: Seaman Dickie Perkins, (aka: "Lil' Dickie"),is the newest member to the crew of The USS Galveston . Raised as a boy in land-locked Nebraska, Dickie dreamed of the day when he could leave the miles and miles of cornfields, and the boring life of his folks farm for something "more".
