I am thinking of using either the QRF T-10 or IS-3 tanks for both modern and near-future sci fi 15mm games. I always thought these vehicles had a nice sleek design to them (effectiveness aside). Besides, who is to say that future tank designs cannot look like older designs? QRF has two versions of the IS-3 tank however. One has a picture and one does not. Does anyone know if there any real difference between the two? |

They only have one IS-3, which is pictured. They have the T-10 and T-10M though, both of which were longer than the IS-3, with an extra roadwheel each side. The not pictured T-10 isn't significantly different from the T-10M – chiefly a shorter gun with a more conventional muzzle brake – photo of the real thing here: link |

QRF has two versions of the IS-3 tank however We do? What codes? Just SFV05 as far as I was aware. Oh, yes, two versions of T-10, early model and later T-10M, as Dom said :-) |

Curious. There is one IS-3 listed in the World War 2 section and one in the Post War section. Both have difference prices, one being $5.50 USD and the other $6.00 USD. The Post War one has no photo. |

SVF05 and PST11 IS-III. Perhaps that is a different vehicle? |

Aha – didn't occur to me to check for different numbering styles. Geoff

Ha, didn't occur to me either. Probably the same tank, but I will check. Postwar and modern prices were rationalised, so it may be cheaper there. |

Yep, same tank. We reduced all PW and Modern armour prices, so it is cheaper in the postwar section |

Does anyone have the dimensions for a QRF IS-3? |
