We've been playing an ACW campaign using Longstreet as the campaign rules, and Regimental Fire and Fury as the tactical rules. There are a few cases where things don't 'map' from system to system very well, but for the most part it's been going fairly smoothly. These are, of course, fictional scenarios. On the bright side, even though I'm enduring the great shame of losing as the Confederates in 1862, they are proving quite fun. Come take a look at my blog link if you're interested.

Good stuff! Can I ask the reasoning behind only using Longstreet for the campaign rules? Is it the card aspect? |

Thanks! I only met my regular ACW opponent about 8 months ago. He strongly advocated for Regimental Fire and Fury, and I had only just picked up Longstreet. Being a neophyte to the period, I followed his lead on RF&F (which has been great). RF&F doesn't have a set of campaign rules, and I had my copy of Longstreet on the bookshelf, so it seemed like a good idea to try and mesh the two. |

Your terrain is just breathtaking! A beautiful gaming set up. |

That's very kind of you to say! Thanks. Most of the terrain is built using very simple techniques I've found from various blogs and sites on the internet. It's still a work in progress, of course. My next goal is to rid the board of all those pieces of felt. |

Thank you. They're super easy, fairly quick, and quite cheap to make. The secret is a bit of gardening. If you want to give it a try, I have a tutorial on them at this link |
