Never having enough Norman foot, the Ebob spearman caught my eye. Has anybody else bought them and if so what do you think of them? "www.ebobminiatures.com"

Well, I love all of Bob's stuff, so I may be a bit biased. I use his Normans (with a few modifications) in my LOTR army as one of the fiefdoms. His sculpting is excellent. Nobody beats Ebob horses.

Be aware that Bob's figures are on the small side of 28 mm and are really closer to 25 mm. They are actually a tiny bit smaller than some LOTR sculpts which are 25 mm.

I suggest that you buy a few samples first. Several of the existing Norman ranges would dwarf Bob's figures.

Bill; thank you for the info, I will order the group of 8 and see how they match up with Perry miniatures.

These Ebob Norman foot do match up with Perry's crusader's range very well.

Lovely horses and the pikemen are sweet, though they don't mix too well for size with other manufacturers. The 'Braveheart' figures are, of course, useless unless you want to play a game of the movie.
