Am I missing something or are there no mounted 1/32 – 54mm mounted plastic figures for the Zulu War? I've been collecting foot figures for both sides which are well served by at least three manufacturers but I cannot find any mounted figures to lead them/scout for them. I am aware of the AIP Boer War Cavalry but they are wearing the wrong uniform (okay, I'm being picky). Before I start swapping sun helmet heads with ACW cavalry bodies, I thought I'd ask the group if there are any figures out there that I'm unaware of.

Thanks!

There are the AIP Boer War British Cavalry. They have puttees I think , but easily painted to look like boots. Maybe cover the puttess with some modelling gel.

Sounds like quite a challenge!

ATKM (All The King's Men) has some nice ACW accessories that might help.

Union cavalry with Black Heads in Floppy Hats (Colored Troops) might serve convincingly as Anglo-Allied African cavalry (Native Horse)?

I am not aware of anything in plastic.

Irregular makes Natal Native Horse.

Britains has some unique figs, including dismounted cav and personalities for $28 USD or so apiece.
