Just found out about the movie today and I'm seeing conflicting opening dates.
Is the movie out or is it scheduled to be released soon?

According to IMBD, it premiered in Richmond on April 13, but I see no general release date yet. Jim |

After the debacle of "Gods and Generals" I thought there was never going to be another ACW movie in my life time. I hope this movie lives up to the trailer. Can't wait. |

According to some people who I know who have seen it, there are enough historical inaccuracies to bother a reenactor, but not the general public. I guess wargamers are somewhere in that spectrum. You enjoyment will be based on how much "Hollywood" you can stand versus the military aspects and who well they come off on the big screen. |
