I'm looking for any Warhammer 40 K experts who live on Long Island. I picked up a huge collection at a tag sale. Well ve 100 metal figures, about 200 plastic figures , several hundred parts and a whole box full of vehicles of some sort.
There is also a book of rules dated 1992 as are most of the figures.
I collect GW LOTR, so I know that GW stuff is expensive. But, I have no idea of it's value.

If no one answers, I guess I can take a few pix and post them. But I would rather deal with someone in person who can tell me what I have here.
You can PM me here or email: nevinsrip@aol.com. Thanks

Sadly, all too many of our collections end up this way -- sold off by those left behind who have no concept of the hours we lovingly lavish on our miniature legions, the untold campaigns, the battles lost and won.

I hope you are able to realize some profit for your efforts, and take comfort that the collection did not end up in some New Jersey landfill.

A pity that no chronicle exists that documents the exploits of this collection. Hopefully, you will be able to pass them on to a new Commander who can get them into action once more.

Well they have to put them all somewhere. Like in the movie "Escape From New York " evil grin Once they drink the GW koolaid, they are far too dangerous even for Gitmo ! huh?
