Here are some pics of what I have [painted in the last two months, all Perrys but the highlanders which are Kings Mountain. 8 highlanders 24 colonials in hunting shirts, 24 Hessian jagers,6 generals 40 southern militia. I tried using colored primer on the militia (white) and tan on the hunting shirts really speeds up the process. And of course finishing with the miracle minwax dip, the liquid luxury that forgives all manner of painting sins. link link |

I like your figures and buildings very much, I really liked your stone walls. What I did for stone walls was use clear window caulking. I spread a bead on wax paper and then place the stones on it, and when it is dry I peel it off of the paper. The walls look really great especially when have them going over hills, they look very natural. |

cavcrazy, I may try that next as I don't like the base part of the walls. Is that for 15s or 25mm? I am wondering if you could make the bead thick enough. |

So, on your figures. After you paint the base coats of paint and dip them. Do you go back and add highlights, or does the dip method leave the raised edges alone without staining them darker like with inks? Not up on the dip method, though I have read some stuff on it. Thanks. They look good. Matthew |

Grossman, it is for 25mm, you can cut the top of the tube to get a thicker bead. |
