Yes, definitely 28mm -- I recognize Perry Crusader Muslim civilans and Sudan Army Hospital Corps stretcher-bearers and medical orderlies, as well as the very nice camel ambulance from Castaway Arts.

Man, those are some of the finest paint-jobs I've ever seen on those very popular sculpts. Thanks for posting the pic and link, Armand.
