Hello,

Perhaps this is against the grain as this is being posted to the solo wargamers board but I am looking for a volunteer general to command an Early Imperial Roman army against a large group of Germanic warriors.

My idea is simply this: I send you a copy of the map and your order of battle. You look things over and draw up a plan, then send me your deployment notes and battle plan.

I fight the battle (play the wargame solo) based on the instructions received.

I let you know what happened. (No novel of a narrative, just a brief summary – a little more than "You won" or "You lost and died in the battle."

I have used dice and cards and such to take a measure of control out of my hands in previous solo wargames. For this present project, in an oxymoronic way, I thought I would enlist the help of at least two others.

Send me a PM if you're interested or have clarifying questions. Thanks in advance.

Chris
