One more thing. "The Weekend" a convention this week coming up on June 20th, 21st, and 22nd is holding it's "Off the Table Modelling Contest" and it's "Off the table Painting Contest."

These contests are not for the finished diorama or presentation paint job, but for items of terrain, ships pieces, miniatures that are actually USED on a table top but look great and you are especially proud of. They don't have to be perfect pieces, they can have a few dings and dents from good use in the game. They should however show "presence" and have a "look" about them.

This year we are allowing the attendees to vote on items actually playing in a game as well.

The prizes are for each contest,

$25 USD first prize

$15 USD Second Prize

$10 USD third prize,

So if you're coming to the convention please remember to bring along something to show. You might just make some money!

Anyone desiring more information can contact me at sigurd@eclipse.net

Thank you.
