Just a quick post to let you know I have posted an after action report at my blog from a couple of 28mm First World War games set at Verdun in 1916, which were played at the TooFatLardies games day at Evesham on Saturday. Called "Operation Gericht", the two games follow on from two games played at the Partizan wargames show in Newark on 1 June 2014.

The blog post is at link

I also created a background to the game, which can be read through on the TooFatLardies forum, which is available here link

Thanks to all the players and visitors over the four games at the two wargaming events!

Cheers

Lovely looking game. I especially like the shock die holders and the German soldiers running forward carrying coils of wire.

It certainly was a great game. I played in the first game and excellent it was as well.

Both playing and the figures and terrain as well.
