Nicely done, though I have always felt the firing arms dont really fit with the leg positions of the figures!!! I am on my 6th box of these now! |

Great to see these off and going with your quick start! When these first came out, I purchased these figures as part of their 7 boxes deal. I put together 18 of them for 3 stands of four marching in the tri-corner hats, 3 firing intended as a version of light/skirmish troops wearing the short hats with tassels (similar to some of the French in Canada), and a command stand with leader, flag bearer, drummer. Got a start on the painting (flesh, off white/greying coats, mid blue cuffs, undercoat, pants, and socks) similar to the French Marines in Canada. Got another 12 done up with tri-corners, again three stands of four, but no paint on them, yet. Intend to use for historicals and imagi-nations. I like your's, and it's motivating, thank you! : ) |
