I'm looking for some free online banners that can be downloaded. Anyone know of any? I can't find any myself. |

If you could narrow it down
elf banners? Goblin banners? Those rails on the side of stairs? Wait, those are bannisters, sorry

Not free, sorry (I paid the artist for the designs) but there is a sheet on the back cover of DARk AND BLOODY GROUND campaign for PRIDE OF LIONS. There are 14 flags, 7 for the goblins of Moonglade and 7 for Wyldewood. of course they match up with units in that campaign. I have tried myself to find fantasy flags and it is slim pickings. |

Also, there's these that don't necessarily have to be for the armies that they say that they are: link |

I had not seen that flag designer. That is great! |

That flag designer is neat! And the other site will give me all I need, thanks for that Paul. For the record, what I'm working on is a the Battle of Pelannor Fields for Guns of August in Williamsburg. We're using historicals for everything except the orcs, Mumak, Nazgul, etc. I've got a good sorce for most of the banners, but all the Southron types are snakes of some sort. I figure that with the different countries in the evil army I'd like to get some different themed banners. |

If you want I have a very large Army of figures made up of stuff from the Lord of the Rings Genre, many using the old "Der Kriegspielers" Harradrim etc. Somewhere in my computer I have the banners for these and the other armies, about 100 or so. If you wish I will resurrect them and send you them. Let me know. I can be reached at sigurd@eclipse.net and I will need your postal address. Wouldn't do any good to send them to you electronically, you couldn't open the artwork format. Otto |
