Another Wargames-and-beer day took place on the premises in Zutphen. A small gathering this time, perhaps due to the approaching holidays. We played Chain of Command and Witchfinder General.
As the intention was to let two new players get to know the ruleset and system I chose the Summoning scenario. It has lots of figures, but is relatively straightforward and has some interesting dilemmas. Read and see more about it on my blog at pijlieblog.blogspot.nl/! |

Excellent looking scenario, love the witches cauldron. I have quite a few of these figures so maybe I ought to take a dekko at the Witchfinder General |

Who makes the red clothed witch/white hair in there? I recognize the "Storybook Witches" |

What figures are you using? Who makes the witch finder with the sword and pistol? I am (very) slowly working on this project. |

The Red Witch is one of a Foundry pack of four witches and a cauldron (not the one in the pictures). Humans are Warlord Games ECW plastics, metal Vendel Border Reivers and one Redoubt Rocheford. The Witchfinder is one of the first two official Witchfinder General miniature. Stickler Mitchell. Warlord sells them as well. The Beast is a plastic AD&D minotaur thingy collectible I think. I see the link is not working. Sorry. This is the right one: pijlieblog.blogspot.nl |
