Ideally I'd like to play BA with 28mm round bases on the Warlord squad bases link However I've already got 15mm based for FoW and 1/72 on square bases for Crossfire. It's no problem using these bases with casualty markers, except that LMGs are integrated into squad bases for both those systems. How would you add LMGs to your FoW/Crossfire armies? More bases of the same size or would you individually base them on round or smaller rectangle bases? |

No way I'd start collecting in a 3rd scale if I was already in 15mm and 1/72. I'd just make some LMG stands to match my bases (FoW or Crossfire) and use those. Heck, I'd consider just splitting up my HMG platoon and using those as LMG stands (maybe just mark the LMG so you can tell it from the mediums and heavies). |

I do 1/72 and 28mm, I tried to make a break from 1/72, but it might be the best scale for a modeler who likes to game Eastern Front. Best of both worlds then. I always try to mount single figures (but don't play FoW) and then make bigger temp bases for more than one figure if the game requires multiples on one base. |

we use FoW figs on (Canadian or American) pennies , some people have team weapons on the FoW base and just mark casualties . i also have some 1/72 PSC Russians mounted on pennies , they work great and they're still pretty cheap . (the Canadian gov't recently discontinued pennies , we'll see how they last) |

I use FoW and Peter Pig on individual bases made of washers and it works well. 15mm also means that the table doesn't seem so crowded. |
