Doug at em4 is starting the heroic project of recasting and reissuing a ton of former Metal Magic Spacelords 28mm sci-fi figures (greatly expanding em4's current Spacelords range). Just today he's brought out a bunch of Phagon battleclone figures, including these:
and these:
with lots more to follow, including the adventurers. But this is a big effort and he needs our help to relaunch the line, so if you want more Spacelords, check out the Lead Adventure thread for more information here: link after which, you can go order some by contacting Doug at: enquiries@em4miniatures.com (the new figures aren't in the shop yet, you have to contact Doug to get 'em) |

While I appreciate Doug's efforts I find them a little too "busy" for my tastes. |

Damn!. I loved those figures back in the day. Im going to need to pick up some of these. |

I like the bunkerbusters, yoyodine shiguru, and cybertech. Have some of those and would pick up more in future. |

This is good news. I've always like that line. |

I think the plan is to release the rest of the phagons first, along with the adventurers, spaceship crew and aliens, and then the rest of the cybertech and other figures. Doug mentioned that the jet bikes might be emerging soon, which would be awesome. Personally, I'm most looking forward to the phagon battle-beasts and aliens, but they're all good figures. |

No problem , TwinMirror . I do it gladly. Hobby is important. |

Great news, these are wonderful figures, full of character in a way that newer figures never seem to match. |

I agree absolutely, Ivan. Here are some of my favourites from the range, hopefully soon to be re-released: Phagon Battle-Beasts:
Starlight Cantina/Casino:

Thanks again for letting me post the pictures from your site here on TMP, MetalMagic! I think that the more we can show people what a great range of minis the range holds, the better the relaunch will do. |

OK, now how about the Sardakyn Legion? The rest of the Yoyodyne Shigaru especially the support weapons poses? I've got Phagon battle clones out my ears, and all the Shigaru with SMGs that I will ever need, but what I do need are more assault rifles, machine gunners, and grenade launchers, plus those skimmers would be nice to see (perhaps you could do the main skimmer body in resin to save weight?). Further, there's the Wartech SECS light infantry and the grav bikes for both the armored Wartechs and the SECS light infantry, some of the sharpest grav bikes ever IMHO, so c'mon, Doug, get a-castin! C'mon now, give! Leland R. Erickson Metal Express metal-express.net |

Wartech are the business – I have several squads of those from the old days. Looking forward to those grav bikes too, BWP! |

My new battle clones arrived in the post today – superb casts, with no sign of flash or evne mould lines! Em4's castings are always super-crisp and clean, right up there in quality with Griffin's. |
