There is also a brigade stationed at Ft. Polk of all places. I was with 2/30 Infantry 05-09. I was in Ghazni from 06-07, and then an Iraq deployment in Baghdad 07-09.

My son in law is a sniper in 10th Mountian and has already served 3 tours in Afganastan, he is leaving in a couple of weeks for his 4th tour. My daughter is fearful for him on this tour as she feels that his is pushing his luck.
