I have noticed the rather arbitrary in which my $.99 USD I-Phone edits my literary efforts. I can recognize it in others too. The key is the abrupt sentence endings. Also the proximity of the " back" to the M key. Once you have had your I phone butcher what you try to write, you recognize it in others. I see above an extra typical space after " too. Why a $.99 USD I Phone? I traded in my elderly Samsung for a brand new 2 year old one at the Verizon store. |

It's spell check and corrections are rather spectacular too. I got Shevardnadze suggested by typing a mere shv by accident. |

Note the apostrophe abuse above. "It's" in the above context is incorrect but the I-Phone did it anyway. It's just too damn smart for its own good. |

I really hate it when the autocorrect adds an "m" or an "n" between words. Does anyone know of a way to turn this off? |

My phone loves to modify my postings. Fortunately I am already in the habit of reading things over before submitting anyway, so few of the oddities make it through. |

The automatic spellchecking on this phone drove me crazy, so I've had it turned off for at least the last year. I still make mistakes, but at least the weight of my many linguistic sins now lies solely on my clumsy mind and hands. |

I can't remember the comedian this came from , but
We think it's arrogant that Google makes a recommendation after just one letter. |

Maybe it is mad that you call it an I-Phone when its name is iPhone. Cheers, The Bandit |

Use Siri :-) Actually it is amazingly accurate 99% of the time once you get used to it |

You have to proofread as you type. No different than using a word processor. It's how I do 90% of my posts, and most of my errors are from my fingers shifting over by a key for an entire word. |
