Hi Folks Following the success of my Dolls House Church I have put together a simple list of 1/48 scale Dolls House suppliers in the UK on my blog.
So if you are looking for weather vanes, furniture, beehives, or just a beach hut head to one of these sites. This is a real treasure trove ! link Hope this helps

Woa, what a find. I've only looked at the first link on your list so far, and
wow! Such lovely jubbly English-style dollshouse stuff. The buildings are pretty reasonably priced – and they look smashing. The furniture and bits and bobs will be perfect for our hobby! Here's just a sampling

Interesting! I'd ignored dollhouse stuff, since when my wife was collecting, the scale was 1/12. I suppose this paralels our changes from 54 mm to 30 mm to 25 mm. Grelber |

Quarter scale, or 1/4 scale, means that on an architect's or engineer's triangular scale or ruler, that 1/4" on the ruler scales out to 1 foot in "real life". Thus 1/48. It is how THAT face of the ruler is marked. It makes it much easier to draw things. |
