Okay has anyone out there ever picked up a set of these?

My thought is that this would be really great for Zombie, PA, modern, or just about anything else.

I got a set at Triples. At least one of the men with a Stinger is going to get converted into a Taliban.

I figured I would have to drop the stinger guy, from the group unless I can turn it into an AT weapon of some kind.

Plus I was thinking of a few head swaps for a nicer mix of figuers

DyeHard03 Jun 2014 7:29 a.m. PST

Wow!

I had not see this set before.
But I will be getting them now. All kinds of Sci/Fi genre useful stuff in that mix.

War Monkey03 Jun 2014 1:31 p.m. PST

I hadn't seen or heard of them till the other night when I tripped over them, and was wondering if anyone else knew of them and had some input on them, so I guess I'll just have to take the plunge and get a set to see for myself,

I'm planning to get a few set of heads from Peter Pig, and figure a few additional head swaps.

MJ Figures has weapon packs as well so I thought one could switch out weapons as well so as not all figures were armed with AKs, could have M16s and Shotguns as well.

I guess when I get them I could do a write up on them and let others know how they are?

That would be great!

I've done similar figures in 1/72, with heavily-converted Confederate figures. These are pretty nice, but shotguns and AR-platform rifles would be very welcome in addition to AKs.

For myself I'm gearing up for some zombie games and PA games, it just seems to me these would fit in for both, I will be ordering them hopefully some time today, and I will be ordering head and weapons on the next pay period.

War Monkey06 Jun 2014 11:44 a.m. PST

Okay the order is in, now we play the wait and see game, Oh I love that game :D

I haven't got these, but I did pick up some of their generic arab infantrymen. They're pretty good for what you get, limited poses (only four different poses, and one looks a little ungainly in a crouch with a leg out whilst firing), but they're solid for mixing amongst other units such as Peter Pig and QRF.

Thanks,
I already ordered a set, and when they come in I will post my findings.

I feel they will work for my needs, and I have a plan for a few conversions.
