Finally got hold of someone and everything has been taken care of so I was worrying over nothing I suppose. Not being able to get in contact with anyone got me worried that was all and being the other side of the Atlantic doesn't make it easier. |

Ditto. I have had good service from Foundry, but it sounds like you had some issues. Glad they sorted it out – and kudos for letting us know. |
