I recently painted up some 15mm troops as Helghast warriors. I like them so much I commissioned some patches made.

If you are interested, they are for sale here:

Just ordered mine.
Thank you.

Looks pretty cool. If I didn't know better I'd say it was an actual modern unit patch.
Sounds like you're way into Helghast!

Just a shot in the dark, but I have one of these Helghast head/helmet displays and it's just taking up space.

If you're interested, let me know and we can work out a price/trade/etc.

Have the Helghast bust myself as well.
Been trying to work together a Helghast cosplay honestly.

The bust isn't wearable, but it would probably be possible to cut the mask and eye section away and make it wearable with some straps and a bit of foam. The helmet is a bit small, but the mask is plenty big.

The breathing tubes actually snap away from the helmet. I bought mine on a whim thinking about possible costume options, but it's not high enough on my project list to get done.

Got the patch today. Looks good.

Alternatively, if you wanted to make a Helghast helmet that fits there are papercraft software and 3-D models online where you can print and cut and paste the helmet together. How you make it more solid…. I haven't figured that step out yet.
