I ordered some board wargames from GMT early May when they had their 50% off sale. As shipping boardgames to Japan from the US is now very pricey I used the surface mail option. I didn't get a shipping notice for about two weeks, but didn't moan about it because they would've been flat out with orders due to the sale. A shipping notice arrived last Friday and I expected the games to turn up 4-8 weeks later as advertised. They arrived today – sent airmail, doubling the shipping rates, which GMT paid for – beautifully packaged and all set to go. Remarkable service. The sale was 50% off, so of the money I sent, GMT got to keep about $20 USD of it, to ensure that I got my $140 USD worth of games about five weeks earlier than I paid for them to arrive. And apparently I'm not the only one they have done this for. Hats off to them, as I sit down to set a new game up! Cheers,
