What's the point of pointing it out? Won't change his obnoxious reposts. Come on, Ignore button. Hurry.

Thanks Tango. I missed the news item and would not have known about the company's website. Found some interesting stuff there.

It seems to me that there is a difference between the KickStarter as a whole (this thread) and the addition of the stretch-goal specifically (the news item). Personally I saw this thread, but not the news item (until some one kindly posted the link to it here) ;-)

Here is a work in progress shot of the Forge Warden

With 10 days to go, the Kuzaarik kickstarter is 80% funded, thanks to our supporters here on TMP for their interest and backing. If you haven't backed, please take a look. Even if you don't like the Kuzaarik, we are offering our entire line at a discount.

Sablefox07 Jun 2014 3:42 p.m. PST

A very good discount it is too. The game is at ~22% off; my pledge is equivalent to ~16% including figures.

The link below is a blog on both this KickStarter and the Freeblades game in its entirety. It may be useful if you are not sure about what you may be getting in to ;-)

I'm not sure how to post pictures in these discussion threads, there is the new map available now also.

The latest update ( link ) lists, amongst a lot of other things, the games they produce that support the Kuzaarik figures:

"What does this all mean for your Kuzaarik models?

-You can play them as a freeband in Freeblades, or fighters in Freeblades Arena.

-You can play them as a ship crew in On a Hostile Shore.

-You can play them in a league that uses one, two or all three of those games.

-You can roleplay with them in BrightSword.

-You will see their story grow as we publish more and more background and fiction about them."

That is a lot more than I realised ;- )

I am thinking about using this KickStarter to get a Urdaggar box set.

Described as: "Pillaging Vikings with Animal Totem magic… what is not to like. These guys hit like a freight train… one that backs up and makes sure the job was done right. Surprisingly fast and manoeuvrable for having no mounted units". Sounds like a good faction to me; and I absolutely love the level of detail and imagination that these figures have.

The Urdaggar are nice! I got them on the last KS. I'd like to see Kuzaarik fig next to some of their existing ones now.

The next stretch goal has been revealed:-

"Grenadier – As the Great Cities became Lost, the Kuzaarik Military was forced to turn to more extreme measures to ensure the safety of the realm. Technologies previous labelled unsafe were revisited. Out of that desperation came the Grenadiers. Capable of lobbing explosive projectiles packed with crystal fletchettes, the Vranshars of the Grenadiers proved able to break up the strongest enemy formations."

"The Grenadier fills the 6th hero slot for the Kuzaarik Freeband and backers who pledge more than $60 USD will get 1 free (may also be selected as an Add-on for $6 USD)."

DSG Games (the Creator) has now added the "Demon Infestation Pack" @ $25 USD, that is a Alpha Plakhra and 4 normal Plakras; giving a discount of 23%. Now that is a bargain…

Sablefox15 Jun 2014 11:31 p.m. PST

Now in final 48 hours – so if you are sitting on the fence, now is the time to review the great KickStarter and get on board…

Sablefox16 Jun 2014 3:36 p.m. PST

Two Freeblades products are being offered through the KickStarter that you can't currently get from DSG by other means…

The first is a hard-copy of the rules expansions for the forces released since the rule book. They are 10-12 pages, 8.5" x 11" (letter size), printed on #80 (120gsm) glossy paper,

The second, is a set of six information cards, printed on cardstock, for each of the eight factions with one card for each figure in the starter box set. This gives you all the information required to play that figure in FreeBlades in an easy reference format.

The supplements are $7 USD each, or $25 USD for all four; and the cards are $10 USD for a set of six cards.

DGS have no plans to sell these through their website; so if you are interested in these, then you need to sign-up on the KickStarter (which is just about to enter its last day).

(PS: Apologies for the orientation of the photos – that is the way the originals are.)

Thanks for posting the images Sablefox.

Now in the final 10 hours. The project is funded and the first stretchgoal is likely to be unlocked before project closure. So if you are interested in joining this project – and why would you not be? – then you have only a few hours left ;-)
