Just a shout out to Reaper. The order they sent to me was missing one item. I sent them an email; they responded right away and sent the missing item along with a sample paint bottle. Got it within a couple days. Reaper acted professionally and expeditiously. They have a happy customer in me.

I have been buying Reaper for years and this company has really grown over the years. A top notch group. One of the few big companies that care about making gaming fun for the customers.

Reapers is a bunch of stand-up guys and gals. Never had anything but good experiences

Except for gluing together those kickstarter-exclusive "Sophies", but that's hardly a customer service problem ;)
