Some of these toys are too great for the small 28mm figures I use.
But others are OK
and a little creativity will help some of them become useful for the tabletop. |

That's very good. Thanks for that posting. The tallest man known to history was Robert Wadlow, at 8 feet 11.1 inches tall. Average in the world is 5 feet 8 inches tall. Compare your average deer or bear to the largest deer or bear using the same size comparisons and you big deer or big bear are just fine for a large example. Glad it was useful. I think some balance between realism (whatever that is) and effect is important. I've seen a bear in the wild once in real life. I would swear that my converted polar bear was smaller than the brownie I saw. |

Truthfully, the first thing my eye was drawn to in your picture above was the cardboard. The texturing on it is perfect, for what I'm not sure, maybe a dungeon floor

I did turn a paintboard that had (from bottom to top) textured paint, metallic silver paint (completely covering the textured), and black paint (in large spotches, leaving rivulets of silver) into an alien landscape once. |
