Oh, how simple that game was (but FUN!) It's probably time to play again :) I remember doing a variant of Tusk (for some pacifist friends) in which you play a documentary movie crew in the lost world to film the beasts. The camera was treated like a ranged weapon, the goal being to "film" the mammoths or dinosaurs a certain number of times. But you had to get close enough without getting trampled. I also added audio equipment, required to record the beasts on the same turn they were filmed. Great fun. (And I had fun making the film crew, too :)

Cool AAR, Hetairoi, and that's a very cool documentary film crew, evilcartoonist. Love the addition of the sound equipment. |

Which is another reason why I love Tusk; the simplicity allows you to adapt it to your own needs. When is your next AAR? Edit: I just saw your response at your blog – I look forward to seeing it! Carmen |

Tusk, and the supplements provide a fast, fun, very light game. I have added new Dino's and other bits. I like the idea of a film crew. |
