Now that we can stifle and ignore democrats, perverts, foreigners, and other deviants, what other indignities do we suffer on TMP that need elimination? How about size/scale expungement? Ex.: Strike from my view everything not 15mm or 25/28mm in the Gallery boards, or anywhere for that matter. Or how about the letter "f" with its obscene little curve at the top. I'm embarrassed to have to even type it, though I've done so almost five times. Bah, I did it again. |

Actually something I was thinking was how about getting all stifles deleted and starting afresh. I am sure that the majority of stifles people have accumulated were given by users that no longer frequent the site. And I'm sure lots of current members have stifled people but now can't remember why.
So if they were all reset, anyone could then restifle who they want, and the stifles figure would be a much more meaningful number. |

Why are you suggesting that those whom I have stifled be reset ? Where do you get off telling ME how to manage my "TMP experience"?
You go ahead and unstifle whoever you want.
The guys I have stifled stay stifled, even if their accounts have been dormant for 5 or more years.

Yep. If they create the thread, then you never see it, but if they participate, you have to stifle them in addition to not see the content of their posting. |

What's next? Fix the OverStifle so that it works correctly and doesn't mess up the front page? Hey, after that maybe we can choose to block all apostrophes. Then there wouldn't be any reason to get in a tizzy over their misuse. |
