Just have to say Im having the greatest time at Nashcon, so many great people have shown up, all psyched, and i feel like a kid in a candy store. The place was BUZZING at 9pm and i bet its still going strong even now. Im happy to see my great love (15mm) having such a strong presence! Looking forward to returning tommorow with my pockets full of money to burn!!!! :-P |

Well, let me tell you what I think of your Nashcon
I was really looking forward to go. I enjoy a good convention, who doesn't? Dealers with stuff! The Flea Market! I play Saga and there was to be a tourney! How perfect is that! At 7 days before the Con, it was finally made clear that the Saga tournament would be held on Sunday morning. At 9 AM. Sunday? 9 AM? You have got to be kidding. I'm 3 hours away. Enjoy yourselves

I might be mistaken, but i think the flames of war tournament starts this morning just about now
at 7:30! But hey, these chances to play dont come too often, gotta get the games in :-) |

Can't attend this year (it's graduation weekend for our son. Got him through 18 years of life and 12 of schooling! WOOHOO!). But I'll have the chance to swing by today to at least say "hello" and browse the vendors. Look for the man in the tan Aussie hat (really more of a broad-brimmed fedora). And look veeeerrrry soon

Drat. 'Tis not to be. Company is arriving earlier than expected. Maybe tomorrow, though I'll miss most of the vendors. |

Did anyone get into the DBA 3 game? |

"Across a Deadly Field", John Hill's new ACW game, is a really great game. Am playing in my fourth game as I type. May take the place over JRIII as favorite ACW game. |

Had a great time, ran two successful test plays of my rules and played in a BBDBA game which was a lot of fun as well. Great convention again this year! |

Good convention. Joe Collins ran a nice 28mm fantasy game using his modfied HOTT rules on Friday. He than ran a great DBA 3.0 tournament on Saturday morning. I ran a Game of Ice and Fire High King game (basically using modified DBA 3.0) on Saturday night in 28mm. Played a couple of game of John Hill's new ACW game but did not like it nearly as much as Johnny Reb I & II. Missed out on a 20mm Command Decision game and a 20mm Rapid Fire game – both of which looked great. TomT |

Another great Nashcon! I played in all of John Hill's Across a Deadly Field games (ran a game) and played in the HAWKs undersea GASLIGHT game. This is really a great regional convention! Cory |
