Well I got around to finishing these off for my first legion. based up in eights for Hail Caesar but I can combine for larger units in other rules. First experiment using brushed on dip method. Love Aventine figures.

@oldbob – yep they are rather sexy. Be interesting to see how my new Agema plastic ones are like

Great job and very effective basing. Those punchy small units in Hail Caesar make the Romans very hard to beat!

Garry – Thats what I'm counting on! This is first legion so making it slightly larger 24/24/12. Others will be 16/16/8

Got some Agema plastics to try as well. Hopefully get some opening the box pics on blog soon
