Because of the incredible popularity of our Fleeing Scientists set, we've had another set made, standing scientists, including possibly my favourite model I've ever had made. grin

Look for these very soon….

OK I'll bite, which ones your fav and why? Your not really a short older lady with a hair bun are you?

Soldado22 May 2014 3:20 p.m. PST

Nice models

I reckon his favorite is the short guy on the right.

Remind you of you science teacher from school perhaps?

Redroom22 May 2014 3:49 p.m. PST

Really excellent… I'll need set!

Littlearmies22 May 2014 4:08 p.m. PST

I'm voting for the chap on the right – we need more short dumpy guys in 15mm, can we have some for your French Line Infantry, please?

jpattern222 May 2014 5:31 p.m. PST

15mm just gets more and more attractive and comprehensive.

Cosmic Reset22 May 2014 6:19 p.m. PST

Those are really cool.

deflatermouse22 May 2014 6:25 p.m. PST

+1 for Mr Wilcox on the right.

Nice work.

Stealth100022 May 2014 10:09 p.m. PST

Sold. The little fat guy is just awesome. You just know he is a wargamer when work has finished. What super little figures.

Barks122 May 2014 11:31 p.m. PST

Nice.

SJDonovan23 May 2014 2:49 a.m. PST

Love the guy on the right. I think he taught me chemistry at school.

Soldado23 May 2014 3:02 a.m. PST

SJDonavan WHAT! you too? man he got around

Maybe they cloned chemistry teachers in a lab somewhere?

Now if only Khurasan would produce a figure that looks like the lovely young woman who was my music teacher when I was in high school …

War Monkey23 May 2014 5:33 a.m. PST

Those are really nice I'll have to get a set or two myself :D

corporalpat23 May 2014 6:43 a.m. PST

Those are outstanding as usual! My vote goes to the guy on the right as well. grin

Zeelow23 May 2014 7:17 a.m. PST

Beautiful idea! I'll be using these as soon as they are available!

khurasanminiatures23 May 2014 7:44 a.m. PST

I just love that little guy on the right. Too many times male wargaming models are Chin McBeefcake types. When the sculptor sent me the pics of the greens I must have frightened the dog I laughed so hard.

I love the idea of that fellow lurking on your gaming tables.

Slagneb23 May 2014 9:39 a.m. PST

Need 28m!!!

blooddave23 May 2014 9:51 a.m. PST

It's Dennis Franz as a scientist instead of a cop. :)

zoneofcontrol23 May 2014 11:20 a.m. PST

I'm going to vote for the long, tall glass of brains on the left. Only because he looks like he could reach all the way to the top of the Periodic Table.

Lion in the Stars23 May 2014 12:34 p.m. PST

Yet another set of Khurasan minis begging to be purchased…

my poor wallet!

TwinMirror24 May 2014 6:53 a.m. PST

yep, that's Dennis Franz alright.

infojunky25 May 2014 1:03 p.m. PST

SCIENCE!!! I must have….

Eli Arndt25 May 2014 3:12 p.m. PST

Totally agree with the coolness of that less than picture perfect scientist.

Great minis.

Maybe they cloned chemistry teachers in a lab somewhere?

They must have engineered them as omnidisciplinarians, because I swear the same fellow taught my high school biology course. I recall discussing the feasibility of Dune's stillsuits with him after class one day. Good times.

totalmech28 May 2014 2:22 p.m. PST

I like the Fat Albert most of them;)

deflatermouse18 Nov 2014 3:26 a.m. PST

just a question, when would these be coming out?
Thanks

ConverterD618 Nov 2014 6:36 a.m. PST

When are they coming out? I asked the same question of Khurasan on 27th July, and received a reply saying "next week". Well, still waiting for them to appear on the website.

kenohhkc18 Nov 2014 9:01 a.m. PST

To this day I don't understand this question and the venom that some people surround it with. Its the same answer answer every time. When he can. They are toys for god sake. Jon puts out amazing product as fast as he can that is as nice in quality as anyone. He is a one man band. And its not his day job. And his release schedule is his to determine alone. And since the question 'When will these be coming out?' is addressed to no one but Jon, can we please stop answering with "well he promised it would be XYZ. Wah Wah Wah Boo Hoo Boo Hoo".

capncarp19 Nov 2014 5:38 p.m. PST

OMG!!!
They've finally sculpted a mini of me! That's me, the short, fat, balding, bearded, bespectacled, disgruntled-looking fellow!

I keep telling people about my "clones"--people walk up to me and expect me to be someone else. I must have had dozens of these experiences. I tell people, "You've heard the expression, 'When they made him, they broke the mold'? Wrong. When God figured out what the perfect man should look like, he mass-produced us!"

khurasanminiatures19 Nov 2014 9:50 p.m. PST

grin

I love that guy! I'm just trying to get better pics of this set, and I'm going to release it and my government/news team set too.

deflatermouse19 Nov 2014 11:25 p.m. PST

"Government News Team"
??
Isn't that just Deleted by Moderator?

Bashytubits20 Nov 2014 12:42 a.m. PST

Well now we just need to sculpt a tall hulking overweight guy and I can be represented, except I am clean shaven and have ALL my hair.

deleted22222222220 Nov 2014 11:46 a.m. PST

what an amazing idea to have wargame figures that look like their owner…….
