Your stand-in model for HMAS Australia was probably intended by the manufacturer to be the (large) British CL HMS Belfast, as it shows the hull blister added after mine damage repairs.

IMHO the weather in the UK is better than the heat and humidity of VA. Of course, I don't mind rain…

Right you are! That is Alnavco's Belfast. I thought my poor paint job would disguise it.
I have heard that alot from Englishmen. I myself now think 19 degrees is hot. You get acclimatised. I am going to die my first year back in Virginia. What I haven't got use to is not seeing the sun for a week at a time and the dampness during the winter. I think it depends alot on where you grow up. That is what you consider normal.
