"New default scenario for Fireteam Andromeda" Topic

As we're slowly getting into gear of finalizing the revised edition of Fireteam Andromeda, I figured that it would be good form to share the new default scenario that will be included in the book:

While it is aimed at Fireteam Andromeda it is also generic enough so that you can use it with your preferred set of rules if you so desire.

Mainly, as it is a revision, the changes are mainly to clarify various ambigious phrasings and to fix some slight issues with how you construct your army. Nothing earthshattering or anything, just general clarification and fixing of various Upgrades, Traits and an overhaul of the weapons (to an extend).

The only truly new thing that's going to be included is this scenario, but I'm already looking into what to add for the "compendium"; primarily working on Company Level (and thus Multiplayer) rules, campaigns, alien races and some more scenarios.

As such, it will be a revision to clarify and fix errors – and it will be a free PDF download to those that have already purchased the PDF via. Wargame Vault. Unfortunately, to those few who bought the Lulu POD version I don't really know how to give them the free update – so I'm considering doing a revision sheet for them instead.

When is the revised edition likely to be ready?

I'm hoping that it'll be ready in August, maybe September – it really depends on how real life will shape up :)
