Just an update on the former Testudo 18mm Thirty Years War/ECW range. This great old range has been transferred to me by Testudo and unfortunately it's languished a bit, but the good news is that some of the models will be coming back into production soon. The first priority are models best suited for the English Civil War, as that's what I get the most inquiries about. The other models, more continental than English, will follow in due course. One thing I should note is that the cavalry will be getting new horses, as the existing ones were very flat and would have been like paper if they went through one more press. The horses will be the same ones used in our Thirty Years War range (with saddle cloth and pistol holsters added of course). The molds are about to be made now and I'm hoping we can get these back up for sale by summer. Stay tuned for details! |

Oh, nice! That range deserved some TLC. This is optimal for everyone. Very glad to hear this. |

Thank you for the update. I have several hundred Testudo TYW figs and am looking to fill them out once the line is back in production. The horses always were the line's weakest point, so the reworking of the horses comes as additional good news. I hope it will be possible to purchase the new horses separately to upgrade my current cavalry figures. |

Very Cool! I may never get around to buying ECW, but I knew if I did I wanted Testudo. Glad it was Khurasan that got the range. |

Now if only TFL would publish "In The Buff". |

I have a lot of both Testudo and Khurasan. My view is that the Khurasan TYW cavalry are a better fit with the Testudo Infantry than the Testudo Cavalry (with the exception of the Mounted Arquebusiers). I'm not convinced that the Testudo riders (smallish)will look good on Khurasan horses (large) but I'm open to persuasion. Jon, since you are back looking at the Renaissance, how close are your TYW Spanish figures to being released? Same goes for the Tudors/Wars of Religion. I've got money burning a hole in my pocket for both of these ranges. |

Jolly good news but I am full! I would agree with flea that the Testudo Cav and Khurasan Inf are a good fit and vica versa! But they all look nice on the table, and service from Khurasan to the UK has always been swift, Tally Ho! |

Artmaster has the first codes I'll be releasing, English pikemen, English musketeers in caps, unarmoured horse, and armoured horse. Once they are painted they will be released. Other moulds not made yet. You must understand, I don't make moulds, I have them made by professionals. |
