I remember seeing one within the last few years. I am not sure if it was marketed as a 18th century doctor/surgeon or what have you, or if it was being sold as a pirate doctor/surgeon. I checked Brigade and Wargames Foundry, but didn't see it there. The more I think about the more I think I might have seen in it the GW Legends of the High Seas rulebook.

Anyone have any ideas, or can point me in the correct direction?

Sadly no. It was. Single figure standing on it's own. Thank you for the alternative suggestion though, I may go that route if the one I vaguely recallis nout found

Foundry do have one, albeit 17th century, in their ECW range. ECW16 in their catalogue. link
