"Patria Nemo is a compact and flexible mortar system for the needs of modern warfare and crisis management, which call for mobility, protection and accuracy. Designed by the industry's top professional, Patria, the light system can be mounted on various naval platforms, enabling rapid fire support. Turreted, remote-controlled 120 mm mortar system consists of the weapon, loading device, turret, fire control system and ammunition storage, and is fully operational with a platform and ammunition. Patria Nemo is suitable for many purposes. Thanks to its indirect and direct fire capability, as well as its Multiple Rounds Simultaneous Impact (MRSI) capabilities, it can be used for self-defence and various indirect fire missions. Impressive fire support and rapid response with high crew protection – all in one

Definitely good for brown-water forces supporting troops ashore, though I'm not so sure about naval targets. Mortar shells are SLOW, typically subsonic. But I suppose that a good HEAT round might work. |

Are there any hobbie model of this? Amicalement Armand |

Max range of about 10KM? Not bad for a 1.5 tonne system with a rate of fire around 7 rpm
Since it can theoretically drop 4 rounds on the same target (accuracy?) at the same time, it might actually hurt a naval target quite badly. |

I bet ya could fire guided rounds from this for maneuvering targets. Could be a good swarm-killer; LCS take note. Seriously. This is a potentially excellent fit for LCS. Littoral fire-support, high rate of fire, compact, et cetera. Why are WE not funding this?? |
