(SPOILER ALERT)

"Ever wondered why they call Petyr Baelish "Littlefinger"? The lands of House Baelish are meager at best, set on the smallest of several narrow, rocky peninsulas called "The Fingers"–or as they say, on the littlest finger. Petyr has climbed rather far for someone of modest birth, especially in a world where class often seems as immutable as fate. But the name still follows him, as the past often does. So does his history with Catelyn Stark, the woman he dueled for and lost as a boy, a pivotal moment that etched itself on his heart and stoked his boundless ambition for power.

Lysa, too, is still ruled by her youthful rejections, though her aims are simpler; she loves Petyr as desperately and foolishly as he loved Catelyn, and after a lifetime of waiting, she is just as willing to kill for him. The Hound's scars are both emotional and physical: half his face burned away by a sadistic brother, and a father who turned a blind eye to it all. Tyrion can likely relate; his father and sister have hated and abused him since birth, and now they're actually trying to kill him. No wonder he's willing to die just to throw a wrench in their perfect plans. Daenerys grew up being treated like a slave by a brother who then sold her off to a warlord, which explains why she's still fighting an ideological war of occupation in a foreign country instead of going to claim the Iron Throne. The childhood trauma of the past isn't past: it's the reason why almost everyone in this episode does what they do…"

I was wonder when Kaleese shows her… needs! (smile).
Why not with Sir Jorah? No doubt he is in love with her.

Tyrion is nb. 1 in this show.
It's the same in the novel?

Tyrion stepped in it, methinks.
He demands trial by combat and then gets his heart stomped on by people who will not take his place in a FIGHT TO THE DEATH WITH THE MOUNTAIN. I love my brother too, but there I draw the line. And particularly since I am not an awesome fighter. Sure, I won a bar fight once but…
Hey Tyrion, good luck!
And good luck Red Viper, you awesome dude you.

And miraculously, the stuff that is not in the books was just expository. Mel nude? Sure. Why not.

Something new: Hot Pie sets Brienne and Sancho off on a quest for Arya. Not book, but not all that important.

You can see how having different writers and directors can be confusing. Last week Arya tried to stick the Hound with the pointy end, and this week she is sewing up his wounds.

In the book, Littlefinger had a convenient scapegoat in the minstrel. Not now. Good luck Petyr!

And dammit…. Have to wait 2 whole stinking weeks for Ep 8!

By the way, I have a strange theory that Robert/Robin Arryn, the crazy little kid who is Lysa's 9 year old breastfeeding son, is really Littlefinger's. Call me crazy… grin He's going to miss his afternoon snack time.
So, there is some irony in Jon Arryn allegedly dying over discovering that King Robert's children were really illegitimate.

Why does Mel want Shereen to tag along on their journey to deleted for SPOILER content? Not stated in the books, but Shereen also has King's Blood. Speculation.

I am also beginning to wish that the "feel good happy" moment on page 111 of Book 5 included Ser Alliser as well. grin You got to give us poor long suffering fans SOMETHING to cheer about!

I miss Ser Hyle, but am keeping my fingers crossed for Lady Stoneheart. Not enough time left in this season, though. Maybe HBO will surprise us with an Episode 11?

Many thanks John for your guidance and good comments! (smile).

I'm happy for Sir Alliser!. He deserves a good night with Kaleese.

Who could rule now the Kingdom of the mad lady who "fall" to the abism?.
I'm talking if "something" happened to his child (smile).

About Arya performance with the Hound, it's tipicall for many women!. (smile). You never know one who hate you in the morning and love you in the afternoon?

Yeah, that seemed implicit in the invitation. "Please come along so I can keep your blood fresh."
