The "Lizzie" toy car from Disney's Cars line fits fairly well and is nominally 1/56. Company B makes a model T as well. |

S gauge is 1/64. That fits with older 25mm figures but is likely to be too small for the modern 28mm "scale" (usually 1/56). |

Look for Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear". Many of them fit well with 28mm miniatures. Also Lledo "Days-Gone" ,although some of them seem a bit small. You may also find other diecast cars and trucks that work. |

Hi I've made a thornycroft and Daimler trucks,in 28mm there's a Renault truck on the way. I'm not sure if there on the 1st Corps website but there are images on the lead adventures forum, from my own collection,in the great war section. Hope that helps. Mark |

1/43 or 1/48 scale will actually look about right with unbased vehicles next to based infantry. That 3mm thick base is 6 and change inches of extra height, which changes where the roof/hoodline should be on the model. I know several model-makers put out 1/50 scale cars and trucks, but I'm not sure about ~1916 vintage. |
