You might be able to guess that the harbormaster at New Cai Lay is getting ready for the Grand Imperial Fleet Review, thus NIFTI's humble Duly Elected Dictator for Life enacted a new building program to improve the facilities around the harbor. The plan is ongoing, but you can see some of the results.
I Wrote a little about some of the new industrial buildings over on The Poetry of the Symphonic. Indeed, several of them populate the scene above. Hope you enjoy. Thank you. |
