Over the Bank Holiday weekend, I umpired two days of gaming that formed the climax of a campaign that I had been running for a month. Eleven players, thousands of troops, with the final game taking place on a 30 x 6 foot table. In fact, it was the third time this group had met to settle their differences in the ongoing struggle between Grenouisse and Granprix: we fought over similar ground in 2011, then in Byzarbia in 2012, and now plucky little Granprix has had its revenge in 2014. (In our campaign terms, 1747 for the first two outings and now 1748. I shall be writing more about this, but in the meantime you might like to visit my blog at henrys-wargaming.co.uk and follow the links for a couple of short videos and a host of photos. Henry |

At least Andy McMaster got a game this year, poor lad! – I hope he enjoyed the Ayton game! |
