My 2 Hotz Mats arrived today. Well packaged, in great shape, highest quality. These are the 5th and 6th mats I've gotten from Hotz. All are great and stand up to game usage very well. 9 weeks for delivery, but they are great mats. |

Color me confused. 13 months and counting now on some felt roads, and he didn't respond to my request for a refund. |

I'm waiting on my mat… having been waiting anywhere near 13 months though. A real shame we don't have a company out there to compete that can provide the custom mats. |

I was worried about some of the negative stuff I've seen on this site about Hotz mats but I bit the bullet anyway and I've just received my order in a month to Hong Kong. Mr Hotz also reimbursed some overpaid postage that I didn't even request in three days.
A great product and no problem with the service. I hope that the guys with problems can get them resolved. I would certainly recommend Hotz.
