What happened to Varys this season on Game of Thrones. He's always a great character and has some critical scenes coming up. Is there a reason he's been missing thus far in season 4? |

As a Master of Disguise, he is filling in for both Cersei and Marge.
He is also the guy who shaves an eighth of an inch off Pycelle's cane every day. Seriously, though. He is my favorite eunuch of all time, even though I don't trust him an inch. |

I know exactly what he does in the books- I'm referring to the TV series. Just popping up now and again in the background isn't enough. I want some more Varys screen time. He steals every scene he's in. |
