I saw a commercial for it last night while my son was watching the Yoda Chronicles. Looks promising. |

More and more details on this have been coming out since the New York Toy Show. I' m really looking forward to this! The Ghost has nice B-24 vibes. As soon as I finish my A-Wing pilot's costume (Lots of work!), then I'll do a Sabine costume <3 YouTube link |

If nothing else it is nice to see content set during the original trilogy. |

Some things I liked, some not. The featured dialogue was a bit trite and cliché: "What part of [fill in the blank action ordered] did you not understand?" "Who are you guys?" "We're a team." Yeah, nobody's ever written that before. :-P Character depictions were a bit too cartoony Pixar for my taste— i'd have liked to see something a bit more realistic, if only to fit in better with the live-action films. The long, bendy necks and pointy-egg faces are off-putting. On the other hand, the ship is a nice "pre-YT1300" design, the idea of the early years of the Rebellion is an excellent basis for the story, with considerable plot and character opportunities, and the action sequences were great— as was the one very original moment of dialogue— "Focus your fire on the
Jedi—" said with just the right mix of surprise rising at the end. That's a great moment, and bodes well that this might be more than my points of concern. I'll be interested to see what happens. |

I'm looking forward to it, but not really digging the animation style. I wasn't a huge fan of the Clone Wars style either (especially how females were depicted
), and this takes it even further. But if it has good stories, I might be able to overlook that

Alright, glad to see them getting their legs again. I really enjoyed the Clone Wars and this looks to be just as good. if they brought over ANY of the writers from the other series, this will be great. LOL! Glad I didn't sell off all of my WotC Star Wars minis now
Looks like I may need them again. Larry |

Hey, is that a horse? I mean, that pile of pulverized wreckage that used to be a carcass
? Why are those guys still hitting it with a big stick? Oh, wait, because everybody is still watching, money in hand
. Now back to your regularly scheduled criticism and applause

odd animation – some of it looks semi 'realistic' CGI, then the characters have those god awful huge disney eyes and the cartoon appearance, shame. probably won't come out in the UK for some time anyway, not that I think I'd bother with it (same as any of the animated stuff so far) and I LOVE Star Wars. Dreading the possibility that Disney may ruin the franchise more than Lucas tried to / did with the prequels. |
