Can anyone point me in the direction of a manufacturer who makes 28mm weapons particularly brens and MG42s.

I use warlord plastics and Im very pleased with them except for the brens and MG42s, as the barrels seem to be very fragile.

Thanks for that. Are the Assault Group in metal or resin and who in the UK stock company B miniatures?

TAG are metal and they work very well with the WG plastics, I've rearmed a whole squad of the Americans and the metal weapons look far better than the plastics that come with the spruce, don't know why the manufactures do such true to scale weapons when the actual figures are anything but. T weapons need to be chunky and harder to break with all use hamfisted players out there anyway, I'd rather have to moan about filing a bread loaf sword or bayonet down than having to try glue one on that broke (shudder) and if the weapons are bolder repairs would be easier, and that still would stop some of us (me ;/ ) trying all sorts of mods like replacing plastic with metal scrachbuilt swords and the like as there would be more plastic to glue it solidly on. (Any one who thinks about doing these bolder weapons would most likely get more of a bite on sales I think too. Cheers
