This is great! "No, not Norway or the Aegean. Health warning to all: this is hypothetical and unfinished! But I thought you might like to see the terrain and some of my ideas for combined ops. Broad scenario is a combined air and sea assault. Germans have to seize bridges in depth with glider and airborne troops, then marry-up with a force from the sea. First, an idea of the terrain. Board is 2m x 4m with the beach and water taking up the first metre (50cm each). While the beach looked alright it was actually too wide, being a scale 1000m, and proved a tough slog…"
