We still have some openings on selected dates throughout our season over in Crete. If you've been thinking about coming over, whether it's for a week, two weeks or just a long weekend, this is your chance. EasyJet runs daily flights in and out of the capital, Heraklion, only 20 minutes away. It's a short hop from Athens, Milan, Rome, Naples, Vienna and a host of other European cities. There are other daily flights from many other European cities.
It's not just us that think we're the best, our customers think so too – that's why we have plenty of repeat visitors! You can see Miniature Wargames' own Wargame Widow, Diane Sutherland's terrain and buildings in the flesh and play with some of the largest collections in the world. We don't buy our figures in ready painted, we paint everything.

Gaming places are just 50 Euros per day. If you are the first to book then you get to choose the combination of games played. We offer a flexible choice of one or two-day games or four-day campaign. Apartments are only 45 Euros per night. They sleep up to 3 adults and include breakfast. We pick you up and drop you off at Heraklion Airport saving you at least 70 Euros!
You can arrange to fly into Heraklion on any of our non-gaming days (Monday, Tuesday and Friday).
Games are played Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. You can stay any number of days for as long as you wish.

Let us know the date you are interested in arriving and how long you would wish to stay. If you're the first to book the gaming you can choose any combination of one and two-day games or four-day campaigns from our growing menu. We normally ask for a 50 per cent deposit for the gaming fee on confirmation of booking. The balance is payable six weeks before your arrival. The apartment costs are payable in cash (Euros) to Maria and Adonis. The wargames room is onsite. All we'll need is your flight number and arrival time so we can be at the airport to meet you. It is a 20-minute drive to the apartment/gaming centre.

Indian Mutiny in 28mm – play the two-day siege of Jhansi or Delhi or a mini-campaign
FOUR-DAY CAMPAIGNS – Throughout the season
Our Normandy 1944, Indian Mutiny 1857, Darkest Africa, Greek City States and American Civil War collections are all suitable for four-day campaigns. If you fancy a World War 2 week then Crete and Normandy gives you an ideal combination. If you are into the Black Powder period then a combination of the Anglo-Zulu War, French and Indian Wars, American Civil War and Darkest Africa is ideal. If you fancy something more exotic then try a combination of our Pirates and Darkest Africa for a thrilling and challenging week.
