Search these guys under 'aircraft', '1/144'. They can get you anything that's currently in production except for the highly specialized resin kits, and they even carry a couple of lines of those:

Squadron has a few ( link ), but not as many WWII as I would have expected.

Yep, tons out there. For budget single seaters, the Revell Micro Wings, and Zvezda Art of Tactic can't be beat. Minicraft is probably the biggest range, including plenty of bombers, but there are plenty more besides.

You have a lot to choose from. Revell has recently re-issued their line of aircraft (Micro Wings). Minicraft Models has also re-issued some of their kits. Then you have Zvezda, Eduard, Sweet Models (excellent kits), Trumpeter makes a very good Me 262, and others I can't think of right now.

Also, you have some very nice options like Wing Kit Collection aircraft produced by F-Toys. Sadly, the Wing Club series is hard to find now, but there are others like Tomytec, CafeReo, and such. F-Toys has a good line of kits, but some of the earlier Wing Kit Collections will be hard to find now.
