I was thinking about trying out something highly detailed for a squad sized game. I heard Final combat is aimed at that area. Any worthwhile independent reviews or thoughts from those who have tried it out.

I haven't seen any reviews but I'd be interested to hear what you find out if you give it a go. I've got one of the Eastern Front scenario books which I like.

@Striker If I try it out I intend to post a review and game report…I've been tempted to try it out for a while now

Face of Battle is another option I've heard gives a decent
detailed game.
