Hey all, does anyone have pictures of the CorSec ocean mat in use? Or have links to game reports? I'm currently hmming and hawing about what ocean mat I want to get for Check Your 6.

Also, if anyone has experience, how does it compare to the Hotz ocean mat? I know that there can sometimes be trouble with Hotz shipping, but my dealings with them have always been fine.

Thanks!

Not to deny any sales for either of these hard working gentlemen but I got reasonable results with a 3' x 4' "display board" from a crafts store, some blue, green and white craft paint and an airbrush.

I even overlaid a hex grid thanks to a Litko template.

That's a route I'm considering, CraigH. I like the potential flexibility those templates allow.

I've been giving serious consideration to the Corsec ocean mat, also for CY6…looked on line just last night.
I'll be running the "Walrus Salvation" scenario later this summer.
Would like to see some game action/in use photos too.
I like Craigs idea as well.
Hotz Mats look great, but I only seem to read about lengthy delays from him.

I have also read the horror stories about Hotz mats. All I can say is I have ordered from Eric on two different occasions and have recieved the mats within 6 weeks both times. They are beautiful mats.
I have also gotten great service from CorSec.
The "crafts thing" is too much work for me!

Good Luck!

Joe
